Karen Yvonne McClain
Karen Yvonne McClain is an accomplished actress, producer, entrepreneur, and community advocate. Driven by a deep passion for social impact and cultural enrichment, her diverse leadership spans entertainment, business development, and community organizing.
Having navigated the dynamic media and theater spaces herself, Karen identified a critical gap: access. Recognizing the vast potential within underserved communities in Los Angeles County, she founded Star Pupil Arts & Media Inc. to provide a structured platform where talent meets preparation.

Star Pupil Players
This interactive performing arts program bridges standard performance elements with real community narratives. By teaching the fundamentals of improv, playwriting, and performance, our students learn the value of confidence and presence.
